Meet Leah Seidel:

Leah Seidel is an exercise physiologist and certified personal trainer with a minor in gerontology. She is on a mission to improve the quality of life in older adults with joy and exercise. (Yes, you read that correctly, believe it or not, joy and exercise do go together!)

Too many adults stop engaging in the life they want and end up sitting on the sidelines because of physical weakness and a lack of balance.  They become embarrassed and fearful of going out because they “move like an old person,” can’t keep up like they used to, or they are afraid of falling.

Regardless of your age, you have the power to take control and improve your physical strength and balance so you can stay independent and never feel like a burden to your family and friends.
